  • Commissions are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis and time until the commission is complete varies.

  • The buyer has a right to a reasonable estimate on wait time upon acceptance of the commission.

  • Seller has the right to refuse any commission requested.

  • Full payment will be required upfront.

  • All payment must be done through Paypal. No exceptions.

  • Products will be delivered digitally and can be provided in PNG or JPEG format. They will not be provided in the raw CSP format.

  • Expected delivery time for commissioned pieces is 1-2 months (exact turnaround time may vary).

  • When purchasing NSFW content, the buyer agrees that they are 18+.

  • Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.

  • Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.

  • Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change) up to the seller's discretion.

  • Customer can ask for a full refund up until they approve the first sketch. Afterwards, refunds will not be provided.

  • Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.

  • Seller maintains the right to cancel a commission at any point in time. A full refund will be provided if a commission is cancelled after being accepted by the seller.

  • Products cannot be used for commercial use without paying an additional fee. Please message me for details.

  • Products cannot be altered, redistributed, or sold without written permission from the seller.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or similar digital currency systems.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

Blacklisted Content

  • Any imagery involving hate speech, racism, ableism, or any other hatred towards a specific religion or people

  • Symbolism intended to incite violence or hatred

  • Non-consensual sex or rape (Including pedophilia or zoophilia)

  • Mecha (I can try, but you probably don't want me to)

  • Extreme violence (will discuss on a case-by-case basis)
